EXTERNAL DIGITAL CONTENT REQUEST FORM

Through the External Request for Assignment of Digital Content process, you can request the sending of the original format (matrix) of the document being viewed.

The digital reproduction of the original documents on physical support that are part of the arquiv@ provided to the user through the Assignment of Digital Content process is made available in multipage PDF format, RGB colour, with 300 dpi definition or in individual TIF format (1 image = 1 folio ), RGB colour, with a definition of 300 dpi.

Access to original formats (JPEG, TIF, PDF, DWG, DXF, etc.) of digital-native documents or matrices of digital reproductions (TIF) of original documents on physical support is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use of arquiv@.

Without prejudice to the exceptions permitted by law and the provisions of paragraph 18 of the current Terms and Conditions of Use, the reproduction, alteration, distribution, commercialization or diffusion of all or part of the contents of the arquiv@ is prohibited, unless prior authorization is given by the PATRIMÓNIO CULTURAL, I.P..

The user of the contents of the arquiv@ recognises the eventuality of the existence of image rights on the part of people portrayed or referenced in the documents, as well as copyright, or other, eventually existing on works reproduced therein, being exclusively the user’s responsibility for any dispute that may arise as a result of its use.

The PATRIMÓNIO CULTURAL, I.P. rejects any responsibility derived from the unauthorized, improper or abusive use of the contents made available in the arquiv@.
